My Story and my WHY...

Hi, I’m Audra, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. As a mom to a spunky little 4-year-old, I know firsthand how challenging (and rewarding!) it can be to navigate the world of parenthood. In fact, my journey as a mother is a big reason I’m so passionate about helping families build stronger connections through emotional regulation.

With a background in school counseling, I spent years working with children and families to support their emotional and mental well-being. But after becoming a mom myself, I realized how much we, as parents, need to equip ourselves with tools to not only support our kids but also to manage our own emotions.

I am a Mommy & Me Yoga Instructor and Health Coach with a focus on Functional Nutrition.

What really lights me up is working with families—helping parents and children learn how to regulate their emotions together. When we, as parents, model emotional balance, we teach our children the skills they need to handle life’s ups and downs.

It’s a powerful, transformative process that can help create more peace and understanding within your home and help our kiddos to be the best versions of themselves!
